Training Packages

The Construction Industry Training Board has coverage for the following National Training Package Streams:

• General Construction
• Civil Construction
• Plumbing and Services
• Off-site Construction

These training packages are developed nationally by a network of Industry Skills Councils.  The two Industry Skill Councils responsible for the development of these training packages are The Construction and Property Industry Skills Council (CPSISC web site) and SkillsDMC, the national industry skills council for drilling, mining, quarrying and civil infrastructure industries (SkillsDMC web site).

In addition, there are some developments at higher qualifications levels being developed by the national industry skills councils.
